    This week we have a focus on deepening our connection to ourselves, others and the greater community. After lockdowns and the extra distance we have placed between ourselves and other humans, the disconnection we have between each other is only getting worse. Connection seems to be mostly happening with the help of technology which is a blessing and a curse at the same time. Connection is the key to our happiness and survival. When we forget that connection it influences our mental health. If you have been feeling alone, scared and a longing for friendship and connection – this is a great class for you to do. Within the room we practice speaking to others and introducing ourselves. At home, your option is simply speaking out loud, acknowledging yourself with a mirror and maybe even after this class, introducing yourself to a stranger at a coffee shop. It is for your own health. You will need a bolster, two blocks and a blanket. Enjoy your practice x
