Work with breath to experience the most powerful pelvis floor work you can do all day with the appropriate amount of force. Pelvic floor can be weak and underachieve but it can also be too tight and overactive!! Let’s find out if this applies to you in this very effective class which will give you great insight and movements for a healthy pelvic floor.  Bring your Franklin Balls if you have but will be fine without.

    Learn about the “zones” of the body. Understanding this may explain persistent injuries or discomfort (such as wrist pain in planks, heel pain etc) that just don’t respond to treatment! You only need a mat for this class. Enjoy.

    A class to challenge the mobility and stability of the shoulders whilst enhancing upper back strength. Focusing on our backline to improve posture, alignment and efficiency of our breathing. If you’re doing this class at home a towel can be used for the entire class. You will need a stretch out strap (or an alternative) and a towel.

    It’s All About the Base!! Release the feet, strengthen the feet and then feel the difference the feet make when we activate them as we move through exercises during this foot focused class

    A class that focuses on stability, control and using all muscles of the hips well. Gluten should work A LOT! Great for runners and walkers… that’s everyone! You only need yourself and a mat.

    It is Oov week! If you don’t have an Oov this may not be the class for you. If you do have one this is a FANTASTIC Oov class that will leave you feeling wonderful. You will also need a pilates ball. Enjoy.

    In this class we have a focus on ‘rotation’. You will need only yourself and a mat.
