    Join Madison for a challenging power yoga flow. Our peak pose is ‘Standing Split Pose’ which has NOTHING to do with doing the splits! (Splits are in no way functional). We are in this pose to find stability and strength through the hips and the upper back. You will need a mat, a bolster, two blocks and anything else you feel you’ll need for your practice.
