This is a beautiful stress relieving class. Stress is one of the leading causes of illness and “dis-ease” within the body and mind. In this class we practice releasing that stress and finding balance through our nervous system. We move through poses that help with headaches and digestion as well (we use peppermint tea to assist this process, if you have some around at home that would be great but water is just as beautiful). You will need your yoga mat, a bolster, two blocks and an optional blanket & eye pillow. Namaste x
