    Join Madison for the first Vin to Yin class of 2022. In this class we challenge our mind and body while also allowing the body to rest and encouraging the mind to sit still on the breath.     Join Madison in a wonderful Vin to Yin class focusing on ‘Aparigraha’ (non-possessiveness or non-judgement) the last Yama in Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.

    Join Madison for another wonderful Vin to Yin flow. In this class we have a hip focus (great for work and release). You will need a bolster, two blocks and a blanket. Enjoy x
